City Council Meetings are the 1st and 3rd Wednesday’s of every month, except July and August. The July meeting will be July 16th and the August meeting will be August 13th.

Parks, Recreation & Cemetery Board meet the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 am at City Hall.

Planning & Zoning Commission meet the second Thursday of each month at 5:30pm at City Hall.

Design Review/Historical Preservation Committee meet the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm at City Hall.

The Council of the City of Canfield will hold a public hearing on September 3, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers, 104 Lisbon Street, Canfield, Ohio 44406. The purpose of this hearing is: An Ordinance Amending the Sign Ordinance Regulations of the City of Canfield. Copies of this Ordinance can be obtained in the Clerk’s office at the City Building, 104 Lisbon Street, Canfield, Ohio from 8:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council (CRA) Board will meet on September 17, 2025 @ 4:00pm to consider an application for a tax abatement.
