City of Canfield Natural Gas Aggregation Program
The City of Canfield has selected IGS Energy to provide our residents with a Natural Gas Aggregation program provided by Columbia Gas of Ohio.
Pricing has been set at a variable rate of NYMEX times the applicable BTU conversion plus $0.149/Ccf for October 2022 to March 2023 gas flow. From April 2023 to September 2025, the rate will be fixed at $.747/Ccf. Customers not currently served by a supplier will receive a letter later in September from IGS Energy and do not need to take any action to participate in the Aggregation. Columbia Gas will also send a confirmation letter notifying residents of the switch in natural gas supplier and will remain the local utility service provider and continue billing. Residents that do not receive a letter or who have questions can call IGS Energy at 877-353-0162. They can also call Buckeye Energy Brokers at 866-302-2237 with questions. There is no cost for enrollment or early termination.

The local utility, Columbia Gas, will continue to deliver your electricity, read your meter, and issue your monthly bill. You will continue to call Columbia Gas at 1-800-344-4077 for emergency repairs, customer service and billing questions.
