City of Canfield Natural Gas Aggregation Program
VOLUNTEER ENERGY SERVICES INC (VESI) BANKRUPTCY FILING INFORMATION
Due to the recent Chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy filing by VESI, the City of Canfield’s Aggregate Gas Customers will be transitioned to default service as early as May 2022. The City of Canfield’s energy broker is currently working on pricing bids for a new aggregate program that will begin in the City sometime this summer.

The local utility, Columbia Gas, will continue to deliver your electricity, read your meter, and issue your monthly bill. You will continue to call Columbia Gas at 1-800-344-4077 for emergency repairs, customer service and billing questions.
The City of Canfield has selected Volunteer Energy Services Inc. to provide our residents with a Natural Gas Aggregation program provided by Columbia Gas. There is no cost for enrollment.
