Notice of Public Hearing: Canfield Community (Windsor House) JEDD Territory Expansion
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72 (L)(I), the Council of the City of Canfield will hold a public hearing on April 1, 2020 at 5:15 P.M., at the Francis J. McLaughlin Municipal Building, 104 Lisbon Street, Canfield, Ohio 44406, for the purpose of considering and taking action on a proposed amendment to the Canfield Community Joint Economic Development District Agreement (JEDD Agreement) with Canfield Township, Ohio. The proposed Amendment would add additional land to the JEDD Agreement Territory; namely, Mahoning County Parcel No. 26-029-0-006.00-0.
Council will permit members of the public to express comments and recommendations concerning the proposed amendment to the JEDD Agreement.

Prior to the public hearing, copies of the following documents shall be available to the public for inspection at the Clerk of Council’s Office during regular business hours; (1) a copy of the proposed amendment to the JEDD Agreement; and (2) a description of the area to be joined to the JEDD Territory, including a map depicting the area and applicable zoning restrictions.
