COLUMBUS, Ohio–Homeowners, renters and businesses in Mahoning County may now apply for federal disaster assistance for uninsured and underinsured damage and losses resulting from the severe storms, tornadoes and flooding on May 27-29, 2019. In addition, low-interest disaster loans from the U.S. Small Business Administration are available to businesses, private nonprofit organizations, homeowners and renters to cover business and residential losses as a result of the disaster.
