Joint Economic Development District (JEDD)
The Joint Economic Development District Agreement "Millennial Moments JEDD" between the City of Canfield and Canfield Township for the purpose of facilitating economic development and redevelopment, to create or preserve jobs and employment opportunities, and to improve the economic welfare of the people in the state of Ohio and in the respective areas of the contracting parties.

Annexation Agreement between City of Canfield, Canfield Township, and MALA Property II is a separate agreement that coincides with the JEDD Agreement, allowing for the annexation of property into the City of Canfield.
